Lego display cabinet
After a few months “storing” my Lego in a small dusty cabinet i realize that already didn’t had more space.
This is my solution using Billy line from IKEA:
1x 401.041.09 Billy – Corner hardware galvanized (link)
6x 102.798.60 Mordilen – Glass door aluminium (link)
1x 902.638.36 Billy – Bookcase, black-brown (link)
3x 402.638.48 Billy – Bookcase, black-brown (link)
In the future would have led strips on the doors or in each shelf, will update the post then.

i would love to do something similiar to that with the architecture sets i own.
Are they sturdy enough for use in a store? Can the glass lock and be fairly secure? How much did you spend to make it?
They are sturdy if you put them in an “L” shape and they also have some hardware to fix into the wall.
I don’t know if you can find some glass lock but i think so.
I spend around 500€ in Portugal but here everything is expensive 😛

Hi! awesome display 🙂 one question, will it fit modular buildings? They have a base of 32×32 studs (25x25cm). Thanks for the answer 🙂
yes… each shelf has 26cm but you still gave more half cm on de door
Any chance this can fit the Death Star (10188)?
Thanks
no it’s small for that one
Did you disassemble the original door and replace the insert with clear glass? How’s it downe? It looks very nice!
